PIAGET übernimmt keine Garantie für funktionelle und/oder technische Aspekte der PIAGET Website oder dafür, dass das PIAGET Material fehlerfrei ist oder die PIAGET Website, das PIAGET Material oder der Server, der die PIAGET Website zugänglich macht, frei von Viren oder anderen schädlichen Elementen ist. Falls durch die Nutzung der PIAGET Website oder von PIAGET Material fremdes Eigentum, Material, Ausstattung oder Daten überholt oder ersetzt werden müssen, kann PIAGET nicht für die dadurch anfallenden Kosten zur Verantwortung gezogen werden. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass in gewissen Ländern eine stillschweigende Gewährleistung nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann, daher werden möglicherweise einige der erwähnten Einschränkungen nicht auf alle Nutzer Anwendung finden.
Markenrecht
Grundsätzlich ist davon auszugehen, dass es sich bei allen auf der PIAGET Website abgebildeten Marken, Logos und Zeichen (gemeinsam "Marken") um eingetragene und nicht eingetragene Marken von PIAGET oder um solche, die PIAGET von Dritten in Lizenz übergeben wurden, handelt. Bei anderen Marken handelt es sich um eigentumsrechtlich geschützte Marken, die auf den Namen ihres jeweiligen Eigentümers eingetragen sind. Aus der PIAGET Website kann in keiner Weise abgeleitet werden, dass eine Lizenz oder ein Nutzungsrecht auf eine auf der PIAGET Website wiedergegebene Marke stillschweigend oder anderswie gewährt wird, es sei denn, PIAGET oder der jeweilige Eigentümer hat an der entsprechenden Marke ein solches Recht ausdrücklich schriftlich eingeräumt. Sofern es nicht ausdrücklich in diesen Bedingungen vorgesehen ist, ist der Missbrauch einer auf der PIAGET Website wiedergegebenen Marke oder des sonstigen Inhalts der PIAGET Website streng verboten.

Auf der PIAGET Website können sich Links zu Websites finden, die von fremden, nicht mit PIAGET verbundenen Unternehmen betrieben werden. Solche Links zu Websites Dritter bedeuten in keiner Weise, dass PIAGET diese unterstützt oder billigt. PIAGET hat nicht sämtliche Websites überprüft, die mit der PIAGET Website verlinkt sind, und ist in keiner Weise für den Inhalt oder die Korrektheit einer mit der PIAGET Website verlinkten, aber nicht von PIAGET betriebenen Website verantwortlich. Die Nutzung eines Links zu einer anderen Website erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko des Nutzers.
Beendigung
Die Nutzer erkennen an, dass PIAGET die Nutzung der PIAGET Website auch ohne Benachrichtigung ohne besonderen Grund oder dann kündigen kann, wenn sie vernünftigerweise davon ausgehen muss, dass der Nutzer gegen Inhalt oder Sinn dieser Bedingungen verstoßen hat oder das Handeln des Nutzers nicht im Einklang mit Inhalt und Sinn dieser Bedingungen steht oder Rechte von PIAGET oder Dritten verletzt worden sind. Zudem erkennen die Nutzer an, dass PIAGET die PIAGET Website auch ohne Benachrichtigung abändern oder schließen kann und in diesem Zusammenhang weder von den Nutzern noch von einem Dritten haftbar gemacht werden kann. Folgende Bestimmungen bleiben über die Beendigung dieser Bedingungen hinaus gültig: „Keine Gewährleistung“, „Haftungsbeschränkung“ und „Allgemeine Bestimmungen“.
Haftungsbeschränkung
PIAGET kann unter keinen Umständen für einen Schaden, der direkt oder indirekt aus der Nutzung der PIAGET Website oder der darin enthaltenen Inhalte resultiert oder damit zusammenhängt, zur Verantwortung gezogen werden. Diese Haftungsbeschränkung umfasst ohne Einschränkung jeglichen Nutzungsschaden, durch Geschäftsunterbrechung entstandenen Schaden, entgangenen Gewinn, durch verlorene Daten entstandenen Schaden, zufällig entstandenen Schaden, konkreten Schaden oder Folgeschäden jeglicher Art, unabhängig von der zugrunde liegenden Handlung, sei dieser gestützt auf einen Vertrag oder ein Vergehen (einschließlich Fahrlässigkeit) oder anders eingetreten, auch wenn PIAGET über den möglichen Eintritt eines solchen Schadens vorweg informiert wurde. Der Ausschluss oder die Beschränkung der Haftung für zufällig entstandenen Schaden und für Folgeschäden ist in einigen Staaten und Ländern nicht zulässig. In diesem Fall ist ein solcher Ausschluss bzw. eine solche Beschränkung eventuell nicht möglich.
Allgemeine Bestimmungen
Soweit nicht abweichend geregelt, werben die auf der PIAGET Website vorgehaltenen Inhalte ausschließlich für die Produkte und Dienstleistungen von PIAGET. PIAGET steht nicht dafür ein, dass das PIAGET Material in jedem Land der Welt zum Gebrauch geeignet und verfügbar ist. Die Nutzer benutzen die PIAGET Website auf eigenes Risiko und sind für die Einhaltung des anwendbaren lokalen Rechts verantwortlich, insbesondere wenn der Zugriff auf das PIAGET Material bestimmten Personen oder in bestimmten Ländern nicht erlaubt ist. Die PIAGET Produkte sind in vielen Teilen der Welt erhältlich. Nichtsdestotrotz kann die PIAGET Website Produkte aufführen, die nicht weltweit erhältlich sind. Ein aus der PIAGET Website resultierender Anspruch verjährt binnen zwei Jahren vom Tage der Entstehung des Anspruches an gerechnet. Auf diese Bedingungen findet ausschließlich schweizerisches Recht unter Ausschluss kollisionsrechtlicher Normen Anwendung. Zuständig für Rechtsstreitigkeiten sind ausschließlich die Gerichte des Kantons Genf, Schweiz. Falls PIAGET auf die Wahrnehmung ihrer Rechte bei Verletzung einer Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen verzichtet, kann dies nicht als Verzicht auf die Wahrnehmung dieser Rechte im Falle eines anderen oder nachfolgenden Verstoßes ausgelegt werden.
